Description
The Mare Ventotene Bungalow, totally reorganized and modernized internally, is located in a flat area with garden and veranda, with a beautiful sea view, can accommodate up to 4 people, available for stays Saturday-Saturday.
The one-room apartment consists of
- a single environment but with well-divided spaces.
- 1 double bed,
- 1 foldaway bunk bed (2 places)
- kitchenette with 2 burners,
- bathroom with shower and bidet.
A solarium place (1 umbrella, 1 deck chair and 1 sun bed) is included for each housing unit.
Bed linen and towels are provided, with mid-week change for stays of at least 7 nights (bathroom linen is not provided for shorter stays).
Final Cleaning is included in weekly stays (not included in short stays, the amount is € 25 and you can choose to pay it directly on arrival, or add it to the quote when booking).
The Tourist Tax (1 euro per person per day according to municipal regulations) is paid at the Reception.
