Description
The Bungalow Riviera Sperlonga, located near the seafront of the Village on the Sperlonga side, is a three-room apartment in masonry clad externally in wood. You enter the garden of the Bungalow by climbing a small staircase of a few steps.
Available for stays Sunday-Sunday.
Is composed by
- two bedrooms (one double and one with 2 single beds),
- living room with equipped kitchenette
- double sofa bed,
- bathroom with shower,
- external veranda with table and chairs.
Bed linen and towels are provided, with mid-week change for stays of at least 7 nights (bathroom linen is not provided for shorter stays).
Final Cleaning is included in weekly stays (not included in short stays, the amount is € 40 and you can choose to pay it directly on arrival, or add it to the quote when booking).
The Tourist Tax (1 euro per person per day, from 16 years, according to municipal regulations) is paid at the Reception.
In this Bungalow stays with small pets (max 10kg) are allowed, one per unit, upon reservation (if the presence of such animals has not been declared in advance, the Management will reserve the right to cancel the reservation)
Three-room bungalow in the second row, stays Sunday / Sunday, with 2 bedrooms, air conditioning, from 2 to 6 beds. Small pets allowed.
